Glenda Jasso-Porter, LMHC.I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy. I’ve earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bastyr University, and a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University. Some of my areas of expertise are trauma and posttraumatic stress, depression and anxiety, eating disorders, relationship, family and parenting concerns, addiction issues, health concerns, and grief and loss. My goal is to provide you with counseling services that address your concerns in a respectful and supportive environment. I believe that all of us have the capacity to make changes in our life, and I see myself as a guide and source of support in that process. It has been my experience, that there is a strong connection between our mind, our body, and our spirit. I believe strongly that lasting changes occur when all aspects are addressed. I have worked hard to earn the respect and confidence from both my clients and colleagues. I believe that my life journey has brought me to a place that allows me to have not only a better understanding of people’s challenges in life, but to recognize that each individual has their own unique path in life to discover.
